Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Additional agreement: An agreement in which the consumer acquires products, digital content, and/or services in connection with a distance contract, delivered either by the entrepreneur or by a third party on the entrepreneur’s behalf.

  • Withdrawal period: The period within which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal from a distance contract.

  • Consumer: A natural person not acting in the course of trade, business, or profession, who enters into a contract with the entrepreneur.

  • Day: Calendar day.

  • Digital content: Data produced and supplied in digital form.

  • Long-term contract: A contract for the ongoing supply of products and/or services, spread over a period of time.

  • Durable medium: Any tool that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store personal information in a way that permits future access for an appropriate period, enabling unchanged reproduction of the stored information, including email.

  • Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s right to withdraw from a distance contract within the withdrawal period.

  • Model withdrawal form: A standard form provided by the entrepreneur, which the consumer may use if they wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

  • Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person offering products and/or access to digital content and/or services to consumers at a distance.

  • Distance contract: A contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer through a system for distance selling, using one or more means of distance communication.

  • Means of distance communication: Any medium used to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being in the same place at the same time.

  • General Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.


Article 2 – Orders and Purchases

2.1 Orders
2.1.1 By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2.1.2 All orders are subject to acceptance by the store. The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, without liability to the customer or third parties.

2.2 Purchases
2.2.1 A purchase is deemed complete once the order has been accepted and products delivered.
2.2.2 The customer must inspect products upon delivery and report any defects or damages within a reasonable timeframe. Claims made outside this period may not be accepted.


Article 3 – Applicability

3.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements and legal relationships between the store and the customer, even where differing terms are proposed by the customer.
3.2 The store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Amendments shall take effect upon publication on the website.


Article 4 – Offer

4.1 All offers are valid during the indicated period and while stocks last.
4.2 The store is not liable for typographical errors, inaccuracies in product descriptions, images, or pricing.


Article 5 – Agreement

5.1 An agreement is concluded once the customer has accepted the offer and fulfilled the stated conditions.
5.2 The customer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the products.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

6.1 The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
6.2 To exercise this right, the customer must notify the store clearly (e.g., via email or post) within the withdrawal period.
6.3 Products must then be returned within 14 days of notification.


Article 7 – Costs upon Withdrawal

7.1 If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the store will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except additional costs incurred from choosing a delivery method other than the standard option).


Article 8 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

8.1 Certain products are excluded, including those made to customer specifications or items that by nature cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly, or expire.
8.2 Sealed digital content or hygiene-sensitive products that have been unsealed after delivery are also excluded.


Article 9 – Price

9.1 All prices include VAT and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
9.2 The store reserves the right to adjust prices. Ongoing agreements remain unaffected by later changes.


Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

10.1 The store guarantees that products conform to the agreement and are free from defects.
10.2 Customers must report defects or deficiencies promptly after receipt.


Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

11.1 The store will make every effort to deliver within stated timeframes. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
11.2 In the event of delays, the store will inform the customer as soon as possible.


Article 12 – Long-term Agreements: Duration, Termination, and Renewal

12.1 Long-term agreements last for the duration specified. If longer than one year, the customer may terminate after one year with one month’s notice.
12.2 Renewal terms will be communicated in advance by the store.


Article 13 – Payment

13.1 Customers must pay the agreed price using the payment methods stated on the website.
13.2 Failure to pay on time may result in reminders, additional costs, or interest charges.


Article 14 – Complaints Handling

14.1 Complaints must be reported promptly.
14.2 The store aims to resolve complaints within 14 days of receipt.


Article 15 – Disputes

15.1 Disputes should first be resolved amicably between the parties.
15.2 If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent authority or court.


Article 16 – Additional or Deviating Provisions

16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
16.2 Disputes shall be settled by the competent court in the jurisdiction where the store is located.
