Exchanges and Returns

Not fully satisfied with your order? We’re sorry to hear that—and we’d love the chance to make it right.

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt. Once we’ve received your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days.

Simple Returns in 3 Steps!

⚠️ Please note:
Items purchased during our Sale are not eligible for a cash refund. Instead, they can be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit.

Step 1: Request a return form
Send an email to  taneauckland@gmail.com to request the return form. Once we receive your request, we’ll send the form to you via email. Download it and complete all fields.

Step 2: Send back your order
Return the products together with the completed return form to the address provided on the form. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping method. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment, and this helps avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we receive your package, we’ll process your refund and transfer the purchase amount to your bank account within 5 working days.
